This notice explains what information Hampton Party Shop collects through the order app and how it is used.

Information we collect
When you submit an order request, we collect the information you provide, including your name, mobile number, recipient name, delivery address, requested date and window, balloon selections, gift message and special instructions.
How we use it
We use this information to review your request, contact you, prepare a quote, coordinate payment, fulfill a confirmed delivery, provide customer service and maintain ordinary business records.
How information is shared
Hampton Party Shop does not sell customer information. Information may be shared only with people or service providers who need it to support the order, such as an assigned delivery driver, website host, payment provider or professional adviser, and when required by law.
Payment information
The Hampton Party Shop order app does not collect or store card or bank account numbers. Payments made through Venmo, Zelle or another payment service are handled under that service's own privacy and security practices.
Storage and protection
Submitted order requests are stored in a private business order system. We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, business records and legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct your order information by texting 631-377-0806. Some information may need to be retained for completed transactions, taxes, disputes or other legal obligations.
Children
The order app is intended for adults arranging balloon deliveries and is not directed to children under 13.
