Order requests and confirmation

Submitting the online form sends an order request. It does not reserve a date or delivery window. Hampton Party Shop will confirm availability, delivery pricing and the final total before payment.

A date and delivery window are reserved only after Hampton Party Shop confirms the order in writing and receives the required payment.

Minimum order and pricing

• Delivery balloon orders begin at $225.
• Delivery is priced separately based on destination, timing and access.
• Any rush, wait-time or special-access charge will be disclosed before payment.
• Online subtotals are estimates until the complete order is reviewed and confirmed.

Products

Hampton Party Shop specializes in helium-filled Mylar balloon collections. Customer pickup is not available. Custom arches and installations require a separate consultation and written quote.

Colors and finishes can vary slightly by screen, lighting and available inventory. Any necessary substitution will be discussed before the order is confirmed.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient information, access instructions and a reachable mobile number. Additional delivery attempts, extended waiting or access problems may require an additional fee.

Delivery timing is a requested window unless Hampton Party Shop confirms a specific time in writing.

Payment

Payment instructions are sent only after availability and the final total are confirmed. Please do not send payment for an unconfirmed order. Available payment methods may include Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.

Changes, cancellations and weather

Changes are subject to inventory, preparation and delivery availability. Any cancellation or rescheduling terms for a specific order will be provided with the written confirmation before payment.

Heat, cold, wind, rain, direct sunlight and outdoor exposure can affect balloons. Hampton Party Shop is not responsible for damage or natural deflation after a completed delivery or after balloons are moved, handled or exposed to unsuitable conditions.
